Legal Advice? Eclipse leisure ?

Right i need some advice, I booked a hen do online with eclipseleisure.co.uk. I found the staff very rude so decided to cancel the whole booking and book somewhere else. They agreed to to this and said my group booking would be canceled. Then To cut a long story short me and the bride had a falling out and she kicked me off the group. And got her sister in law to take over. Resulting in me losing my �80 deposit plus what I had paid for her to go. I was told that as I was the booking organizer no1 could change anything apart from me. And this was only able to be done via email or letter NOT PHONE. But after a few rude emails from staff at eclipse They now say I can't do a thing as I'm no longer the lead organizer and they never had any intention of closing the booking.I'm so angry that they lie and mislead there customers. I want to do something to stop someonelse being a victim..... Any advice???
