May I please have some tips and knowledge about going into a healthcare career?

Please add as much detail as you can about your answer. I would like to know some tips that would help me to succeed in a medical career. I would also like to know some basic things about going into CNA classes and continuing into a RN schedule in college. Please list any simple procedures and things I might need to know so I can do the best I possibly can. Such as changing a patients diapers, helping them with daily task, ETC.
