Why would vocational rehab companies wanna referred me to some treatment?

i wanna get some getting my own place and a good job, but i dont want to be referred to a counselor whom i dont trust. i wanna get my own place, my own good job right away, and thats it. but why would i need treatment? cause i cant handle the paperwork myself unless i get assistance from that counselor. i been through this before, it took me a year or two to get a job bad. and i didnt like the vocational services cause most counselors dont understand that i need something that will give me enough time for me to do other leisure stuff and spend time with friends.
