Cardio is cardio is cardio. When you do cardio you burn fat all over. Maybe try other forms of cardio such as an aerobics dvd or light jogging or speed walking so you don't get burnt out on doing just the bicycle. I used to do the bike everyday but it got kinda dull after a while and made me want to quit exercising all together. Also make sure to watch your diet! Don't go below 1200 calories. It's dangerous.
