Can anyone clarify if ducks chickens and turkeys are agricultral animals please , urgent !!!!?

I've got 6 horses on 6 acres and the land is regestered as agricultral ,the planin dept have been to my land and told me that I've got to re regestered my land as agricultral and leisure because I have chickens turkeys and ducks and rabbits on there too !!! is this correct ?
